Effective date: 2026-08-17 30-day returns You may return unused, non-custom items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Custom bracelets Custom-made bracelets can only be refunded if they arrive damaged or defective. They cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons because they are made to order. How to request a refund 1. Open Support tickets in your account and select Refund. 2. Describe the issue and attach photos if the item is damaged. 3. We respond within 2 business days. Refund processing Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method (PayPal) within 5-10 business days.
